Mail Assembly:

Many times mailing projects require unique assembly systems. Printech
can easily handle all of our clients needs with gluing, folding,
inserting, packaging , and attaching, etc. as needed.

Sorting, Preparing and Submitting Mail
to the United States Postal Service:
Printech deposits all mailing projects at the Salt Lake City, Main
Bulk Acceptance Unit on redwood Road, in Salt Lake City. Mail will be
prepared at the lowest possible postage rates available. in addition
to depositing mail in Salt Lake City, Drop Shipping is available.
Through the use of drop shipping common carriers, we can submit a
mailing project to any Bulk Acceptance Unit in the 50 States. Proper
documentation and deposits may be required for each entry unit
utilized.

postage rates possible.

Mail Piece Design and Consultation:
We can assist in the layout of your direct mail pieces and will
provide numerous mailing list options. And... we can guide you through
the steps on how and when to send your mailings.

Printing and Bindery Services: Offset and Digital:
Our large offset presses can produce high-volume quantities at
efficient rates, plus we offer variable- data printing through our
digital printing technology.

Computer Systems for Preparing Mail:
Whether it i the client's house mailing list or a rented mailing list,
Printech has the capability of many list services: Address Correction,
Address Standardizing, Duplicate search and removal, Zip+4 coding, and
general sorting and bar coding are just a few of the services we offer
to assure you the absolute lowest postage rates. We also offer
National Change of Address services "NCOA" plus we offer the newest
mailing list preparation service available called Delivery Sequence
File, "DSF". This system allows for up to $.031 additional savings
when mailing sufficient quantities into selected Zip Codes. Printech
has all the Postal Service's automation systems in place for you.

Laser Printing:
Printech can add that personal touch with a Laser Printed letter that
is uniquely "personalized" to the recipient. This can be combined to
with a windowed envelope or carefully matched to the address on the
outside of the envelope.

Mail Addressing & Wafer Sealing (Tabbing):
Our Video-Jet technology allows us to inkjet in a 4" wide path across
the mail piece, using most common fonts and with up to 480 DPI print
quality. A "SPOT" color can also be added in red, green, or blue. We
can apply wafer seals (tabs) onr to three times across the edge of a
self mailer, and we can apply Live Stamps while inkjet addressing.

Mail Inserting:
Coming soon is a six station inserter that will insert #9, #10 and
6"x9.5" Booklets envelopes with up to six machine able inserts.
